How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Profile, tap your current plan to open the Subscription screen, then tap "Manage subscription". On iOS you'll be sent to your Apple ID subscriptions; on Android to your Google Play subscriptions; on web to the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep paid features until the current period ends.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile, scroll to the Account section, and tap "Delete Account". Confirm with the word DELETE. We schedule the deletion 7 days out — sign in again any time during that window to cancel. After 7 days every photo, message, and circle membership is permanently erased. Prefer not to wait? Enter your password in the same dialog and tap "Delete now" to erase your account immediately.
How do I contact support?
Use the "Contact support" button below — it opens your mail app with our address ([email protected]) and diagnostic info already filled in. Replies typically arrive within one business day; weekends and holidays may be slower.
I lost my MFA device — how do I get back in?
Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and include your full name plus the rough date you created your account. We will guide you through identity verification before resetting MFA. For security we cannot disable MFA over chat or social media — email only.
Why don't I see all my photos?
Photos in Paari are scoped to circles. Make sure you're viewing the right circle using the circle switcher at the top of the screen. If a photo still doesn't appear, the circle owner may have deleted it, or it might be in a draft moment that hasn't been published yet.
