Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Paari application and website ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

Account Registration

• Information Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• Credential Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription Plans

Paari offers three subscription tiers:

• Free: $0 — 1 Circle, 15 GB storage, unlimited photo uploads, no ads.
• Paari Plus: $4.99/month or $39/year — Unlimited Circles, 200 GB storage, 10-min video uploads, priority support.
• Paari Family: $7.99/month or $64/year — Everything in Plus, 500 GB storage, up to 6 members, shared vault.

Payments & Billing

Payments are processed via Stripe (web) and Apple/Google In-App Purchases (mobile). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the relevant App Store/Play Store settings.

User Content

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you post to the Service.
• License: By posting content, you grant Paari a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display that content as needed to provide the Service to you and your circles.
• Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Circles

Paari is designed around private circles. When you create a circle, you are the "Creator" and have certain management rights, including deleting the circle. All members of a circle can share and view content within that circle.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, spam, reverse-engineer, or attempt to compromise the security of the Service. Any attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service is grounds for termination.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the application settings.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Paari will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Paari is registered.
